Kim McAuliffe is an award-winning game designer whose work spans casual and console, shooters and major franchises. She was the publishing lead designer on Kinect Nat Geo TV, winner of the 2012 Wildscreen Panda Award in New Media. Kim was also a senior game designer on Project Spark, EGM's "Best Xbox Exclusive" of E3 2013.
In 2015, Kim founded gamesto.love to make games that inspire people to love themselves and each other. Her current work The Mirror is a metaphorical role-playing game about mirrors and body image. The Mirror was an IndieCade 2016 Digital Selection, and is in the 2017 VALA exhibit GameOn! The Art of Game Design.
Kim has spoken at numerous conferences including GDC, PAX, and GCAP, where she gave a talk on significance in 2016. When not making games, she can be found experimenting with wearable tech or creating work for her jewelry brand Friends & Alloys.
